Refunds and Returns made clear
Drainage Central will accept the return of goods subject to the following:
Notification is sent to us within 7 days. We will then be able to guide you through the correct process.
All goods must be returned by the customer at their expense to the original place of despatch, this may be to the manufactures address or to Drainage Centrals warehouse. Any goods purchased via Drainage Central from the manufacturers direct may only be returned at the manufacturers discretion.
No refund will be given on goods that are returned in an unsaleable condition.
A re-stocking charge of 30% is chargeable on all returns.
Goods that are supplied as 'special order' may not be returned for a refund. 'Special order' goods on our website include all metal gutter systems, the coloured cascade system, rainwater harvesting tanks and sewage treatment plants.
As soon as the returned items have been checked back into our warehouse or manufacturers yard we will arrange for a refund back to the original credit/debit card that you used for your purchase.
