We’ll be closing for Christmas on Friday 20th December and reopening on Thursday 2nd January 2025.

Order Processing During Closure

Orders placed after Friday 20th December will be processed when we reopen, and lead times will begin from Thursday 2nd January 2025.

Pre-Christmas Delivery Deadlines

For items with a 3-5 working day lead time, place your order by Wednesday 11th December for the best chance of delivery before Christmas. *

Important Reminder

Lead times vary—please check individual product pages for details. For example, if you order an item with a 3–5-day lead time on 18th December before 12pm, 2 working days will pass before our closure on the 20th, and the lead time will continue from 2nd January when we reopen.

*Please note that pre-Christmas delivery is not guaranteed, especially for made-to-order items.

Current Estimated Lead Times

Current Estimated Lead Times are stated on individual product pages and on the cart page before a purchase is made, see Delivery Information for more details.

Express delivery may available on some items subject to availability please call 03302 230 275.

Please note all delivery times given are estimates and not a definate, all estimated delivery times are provided in either working days or weeks, working days do not include weekends or bank holidays and the order cut off time is 12pm.

For example if an order is place on Monday at 10am, and the estimated lead time is 3-5 working days, we would estimate you to recieve your delivery between the following Thursday (3 Working days) and Monday (5 Working Days), if the order was placed after 12pm Monday, the order would not be proccessed until the following day and we would estimate you to recieve you order between the following Friday (3 working days) and Tuesday (5 Working Days).

We endevour to keep all of our estimated delivery times as up to date as possible.
