DELIVERY CHARGES

We offer a free standard delivery service on all orders over £90.00*. Orders under £90.00* will be charged £12.50* carriage.

Our standard delivery area covers mainland England, Scotland (Excluding Highlands) and Wales. For all other areas around the UK we may have to make an additional delivery charge. We will advise you of this charge before your order is dispatched. For deliveries to these areas we are happy to provide a free quotation upon request.

DELIVERY DATES AND TIMES

We will always do our best to deliver stocked items ordered via our website within 1 working day. This applies to goods ordered before 12.00pm and in stock. Therefore if an order is received after 12.00pm on Monday it will be delivered on Wednesday.

*None of the metal rainwater goods are available for next day delivery and may be subject to additional carriage charges.

Some of our products, because of their size and weight (over 80 kilos), have a 3 to 5 day lead time and some products have extended delivery times of up to 15 working days but we will advise you of the delivery date on receipt of your order and will endeavour to get them to you as soon as possible. All 6m pipes, Fascia, Caping & Soffit Boards have a 3 to 5 working day lead time. Orders under carriage paid with single lengths of pipes or gutter may occur an additional charge.

We regret that timed deliveries cannot be given. Deliveries will be made between 8.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Special Saturday AM deliveries can be arranged at an extra charge but cannot be guaranteed.

SIGNING FOR YOUR DELIVERY

All deliveries should be signed for and we would politely request that you sign and clearly print your name so that in the unlikely event that there are any discrepancies we will have a person to contact. If a signature cannot be obtained we will try to leave the goods in a safe location, but we cannot be held responsible for shortages or damages where goods have not been signed for.

MULTIPLE DELIVERIES

Some of the goods you order may come to you from separate locations resulting in more than one delivery.

Depending on stock availability, some orders may be split into more than one delivery so you are not kept waiting for those items immediately available.

ACCEPTING YOUR GOODS

Large or palletised goods will be delivered to a hard standing area only. The Customer shall be solely responsible for the unloading of the Goods and the Seller shall not be liable for any damage that occurs in the course of such unloading.

Any shortages must be reported within 48 hours.

DELIVERY VEHICLE

If goods aren't sent buy our own vehicles they are sent buy reputable carriers such as Tufnell's, Fed-Ex and Parcel Force. Heavier goods may be delivered by larger vehicles and will be off loaded by means of a pump truck , the driver will then deliver by means of the pump truck as close as possible to the property whilst remaining on a hard standing surface.

GOOD ADVICE

Please do not arrange any labour until your materials are on site as we are unable to compensate you in the event of a late delivery.

Harcon Corovent DVS Dry Verge System Installation Guide

Step 1.
Apply starter piece and slide the Dry Verge Unit (pointing towards the apex) until the Verge Unit butts against the end of the first tile. Screw the Verge Unit through the top and bottom holes, so that the screw penetrates the barge board or brick and firmly holds the Dry Verge in place.


Step 2.
Clip together a second Dry Verge Unit and push it onto the tail of the first, until both sides of the clip engage with the tail fins of the first. Once again ensure the Verge Unit butts against the end of the tile. Then screw the tall end of the Verge Unit through the rear hole so it attaches to the barge board.


Step 3.
Repeat step 2 until all the tiles have been covered. Once the Left Hand Verge is completed, repeat on the opposite Verge using the Right Hand Verge Units. The Ridge Cap is then securely screwed into the dry verge.
