Box Copper Guttering
The Metal Gutta box copper gutter range measuring 75mm x 80mm features a simple design with a folded back edge for durability and an attractive folded front lip for decoration.
This box guttering is ideal for areas with heavy rainfall and buildings with large roof surfaces. Fitting the box copper guttering couldn’t be easier, with premade corners and outlets. Internal joints simply require silicone sealant and riveting in place. Pair the box copper guttering seamlessly with either the 80mm round downpipe or the custom-made 80mm square downpipe. Please note, square downpipe is custom-made and has a longer lead time.
Ordering Tips for Box Copper Gutters:
- Include unions/internal joints for guttering, running outlets, and corners in your order
- When ordering, ensure to get rivets (bags of 100); estimate around 4 rivets per joint for box gutter/running outlet/corner/stopend
- Seal joints and stopends using silicone sealant; one tube typically seals about 16 joints in standard box guttering
- If opting for your low modulus glazing sealant, conduct a test before full installation
